Get your retail fix. If highstreet is what you are looking for checkout these streets- Kalverstraat & Leidsestraat for your Zara, H&M, Mango stores and more. If High-end luxury shopping is your jam then hit up PC Hoofstraat. If you are looking for interesting stores hit up 9Streets, which are small nine streets filled with boutique stores and cafes, also with some vintage stores Episode & Zipper. Utrechtsestraat is another cool street with a mix of high and low shopping. Haarlemmerdijk has a similar vibe. Farmers market/thrifted clothing, antiques and nick knacks at the Noordermarkt, There is one department store to check out DeBijenkorf.

The JORDAAN neighbourhood in the city centre is picturesque and insta-worthy with the beautiful canals and old world homes is definitely worth spending a day. The main canals are the Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht, Singel. Walk along the canals and also explore the smaller canals and streets that are off the main canals Tweede tuindwarsstraat and Westerstraat are streets worth a gander to check out the little stores and cafes. 9Streets ( 3 streets cut by 3 canals making it 9 little streets) filled with boutiques, cafes and bars is a must explore. THE MUSEUM QUARTER is another neighbourhood not to be missed. With the world class museums Van Gogh museum, Rijks Museum, Stedelijk Museum and more, The high-end shopping street PC Hoofstraat and the beautiful Vondel Park make it a must visit.
DEPIJP is another neighbourhood to explore, a mix of residential, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Albert Cuypmarkt is a busy street market thats open everyday. Foodhallen is a gourmet food court worth checking out also in the neighbourhood.
